Can a store add a new location via the Wizards Events Report (WER) for offsite games & conventions

Yes! Stores can add locations as need for offsite gamedays, clubs, conventions etc. The store owner or main organizer should go to the WPN Add an Event Location page and fill out the requested information for each additional location.

Can DMs apply Experience (XP) to one character each time they DM, even if they DM the same adventure multiple times?

Yes, DM’s can add DM Rewards (XP & Downtime) to any character they have (even the same one) each time they run an adventure. A DM can also get DM Rewards from an adventure they have played. However, DMs can also assign their DM Rewards to different characters if they wish.

Robert’s character, Sir Hadrian, Doomknight of Kelemvor, could have the following on his D&D Adventurers Logsheet

Can you create a customized background for your character?

Yes, you can customize backgrounds per the rules in the Player’s Handbook, which state that you can pick any two skills and a total of two tool proficiencies or languages. In addition, you can select a feature from any background.You can choose an equipment package from a background or spend gold on gear as normal.
